Our check cards are 'Real Time'  this means your check card balance will be updated immediately when transfers, deposits and withdrawals occur on your account. 

The VISA CHECK CARD gives you access to your account for cash withdrawals or to make purchases 24 hours a day. This card is accepted anywhere that accepts the VISA card and the money is directly debited from your checking account. It is a check card and ATM card all in one. (Available to all members who have accounts in good standing)

Helpful Hint:
Please be aware that the CU does have daily limits to protect your account from fraudulent activity.  Your card may be blocked if unusual transactions occur on your account.  We will then try to contact you by phone.  Please keep your current phone numbers updated with the Credit Union.

If you are out of the country and have issues with your check card you may call 973-682-2652 for assistance.

Within the U.S you may call 1-800-262-2024 for assistance after hours with your check card.

* You may choose your pin with our VISA checkcards click here to fill out the form to choose your pin.
* May be used for purchases wherever VISA is accepted and comes directly out of your checking account.
* May be used at any ATM on the VISA or Accel/Exchange NETWORK around the world.
* No charge when the card is used for purchases.
* ATM withdrawals are subject to a fee from the owner of the ATM, usually $1.00 or more.
* The Credit Union will not charge you for your first 4 ATM withdrawals. There will be a $1.00 charge for each additional withdrawal after that.
*Some merchants may not process daily and it will take a couple of days for the transaction to finally post to your account.
