To sign up for eStatements

• You must first sign up for Online Banking (eTeller) if you haven't already done so
• Log into your online account, click the services tab, then click change eStatement option

Benefits for Receiving eStatements

You will be able to view your eStatement online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

• eStatements are FREE
• After signing up through Internet Banking,  you will receive a monthly e-mail notifying you that your eStatement is available.  A link to the Internet Banking site (eTeller) will be provided in the e-mail notification.  After logging into Internet Banking,  you will go to the eStatement tab to view your eStatement
• By signing up for eStatements, a paper copy of your statement will not be mailed.  Should you need a paper copy of your statement, you may contact the Credit Union directly to have a copy printed.*
• All security precautions have been taken to ensure the confidentiality of eStatement.  Being required to log into Internet Banking ensures your eStatement is being accessed through a secure site.
• With eStatements, you avoid the traditional mail delivery, so you will receive your statement quicker, and the potential for it to be lost or stolen is eliminated.
• Up to 12 months of online statements will be available for viewing as history accumulates.
• You have the option to print your eStatement or save the data to a pdf format.
• The credit union reserves the right to change the terms and conditions upon which this service is offered.  The Credit Union will provide notice before any changes, as required by law.  Use is subject to existing regulations governing your accounts and future changes to these regulations.

*Additional paper copies requested may be obtained.  An additional statement copy fee may be charged. 

It may take up to two statement cycles for changes to take place.
