You are responsible for reviewing you statement every month for changes in policy and errors on your account. You are responsible for maintaining
and updating any personal information needed to contact you electronically (your email address for example). If the Credit Union receives non-deliverable email notifications
two consecutive months we will change your account statement delivery back to paper statement. The Credit Union needs 24 hour notification prior to the last business day
of the month to change your eStatement back to paper delivery.
Corning Cable Systems Credit Union may not receive email communications immediately. If you need to contact us and have immediate action taken
concerning your account, contact us at 828-901-5290.
Your password is confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties or recorded. You are responsible for the safekeeping of your password.
You agree not to disclose or otherwise make your password available to anyone not authorized to sign on your accounts. You are
responsible to properly log out of the site to prevent unauthorized access to your account. If you fail to maintain the security of these passwords and the Credit Union suffers
a loss, we may terminate your access to online banking immediately.
Liability for unauthorized access. Tell us immediately if you believe your password has been compromised or your account accessed. Telephoning
is the best way of keeping losses down.
The Credit Union reserves the right to change the terms and conditions upon which this service is offered. The Credit Union will mail notice
before any changes, as required by law. Use is subject to existing regulation governing your accounts and any future changes to those regulations.
